Reflections on the Fukushima accident：Nuclear power plants must have deep defense to ensure multiple power and water sources to meet the challenges of compound natural disasters effectively.
Japan Congress finished Fukushima accident truth investigation report in July 2012. It was concluded that the incident was mainly a "human disaster". At that time, the Japanese government and TEPCO didn’t take an immediate decision to inject seawater into the reactor core to cover nuclear fuel, so caused a nuclear disaster.
