  1. When you want to apply for an activity at the Sun Moon Lake Reservoir, please download the application form according to the activity you choose. The application forms are as follows :

    * You can only apply for fishing the fish and aquatic products in the Wushe Reservoir, other activities are unable to apply
    ** The relative application forms are Chinese version, please contact the staff to help you.
    The usage right of waters

    Enjoying recreational boating activities you must obey Sun Moon Lake waters recreation activities management rules and you must obtain the approval from Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration, Tourism Bureau first, before applying to Taiwan Power company.

    Driving ship or buoyancy apparatus

    When applying, you must provide a certificate photocopy of ship or buoyancy apparatus license from Nantou County Government or Port of Taichung, Taiwan International Ports Corporation, Ltd.

    Releasing animals

    According to the rules of Nantou County Release Health Policy, please obtain the approval from Nantou County Government before applying to Taiwan Power company and please attach the Agreement of Nantou County government.

    Fishing for breeding aquatic animal

    When applying, it is necessary to attach the fishermen's card and certificate photocopy of sailing boats issued by Nantou County Government.

     

  2. Please complete the form and mail it to Taiwan Power company. We will review the application and attachment documents.
    Taiwan Power company will not accept other ways of application.

  3. Please mail the application to: No.242, Sec. 3, Roosevelt Rd., Zhongzheng District, Taipei City 100, Taiwan (R.O.C.) Zip:100208.
    Please provide the return address, then Taiwan Power company will mail the agreement back to you.

  4. In order to maintain the operation of reservoir and the safety of related activities, please be sure to prepare documents for the relevant application activities and submit it within 14 days to 90 days before the activity (by postmark as the basis, overdue will not be accepted).     3. Not affecting the safety of the reservoir operation:

    4. Getting the agreement from Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area or Nantou County Government:

      No, please see 7.
    5. Issuing the agreement to applicant.
    6. Closing case.
    7. Taiwan Power company stated the reasons for the refusal and responded to the applicant. Back to 6.
