Visit Power Plants

To make the public understand the necessity and safety of power generation and substation facilities, Taipower open some power plants for free visits and send briefings to explain relevant power operation information and knowledge. Welcome to visit and enjoy a power journey.

Open to visit

Except for the control region such as the control room and the plant building, people do not need to apply or make an appointment in advance, you only need to get a visitor pass to visit open area of power plants. 

Closed on National holidays, School and office closures caused by Natural disaster announced by the government and Election day announced by the Central Election Committee.

Taipower Exhibit Center in Southern and Northern Taiwan

Taipower Exhibit Center in Southern and Northern Taiwan are free to visit, no need to get the visitor pass, holidays are open as usual, closed on Monday (postponed during the holidays), Lunar New Year's Eve, and the first day of the Lunar New Year; if there are many people, please make the appointment in advance to arrange the reception.
