According to Article 232, Paragraph 1 of the Company Act, “A company shall not pay dividends or bonuses, unless its losses shall have been covered and a legal reserve shall have been set aside in accordance with the provisions of this Act.” Since TPC currently has accumulated deficit, it cannot pay dividends or bonuses according to the Company Act.
TPC is a public company not listed on any stock exchange and OTC market. Therefore, its stocks are privately traded among shareholders and there are no observable stock prices on the market.
