A Taipower representative expressed that as the Company continues to attract younger employees, it aims to empower the new generation of workers to confidently stride toward the marriage and child-rearing stage of life. In alignment with Taiwan's National Childcare Policy for Ages 0–6, Taipower has signed contracts with private childcare organizations to arrange discounted tuition for employees. Additionally, in 2022, Taipower established Workplace Mutual Aid and Childcare Service Centers in seven locations throughout northern, central, and southern Taiwan.
The childcare centers enroll children ages 2–6 years old. Out of consideration for employees' pick-up and drop-off convenience, the centers are primarily located in urban areas and close to residential communities. The teaching method focuses on planned "learning corners" devoted to arts and crafts, language, science, building blocks, and cooking, which cultivate children's capacity for self-directed study. Moreover, the mixed-age classes allow older children to lead younger children in play and study. Parents have expressed a high level of satisfaction with the service, with over 100 families giving the program a near-perfect score on quality assessment surveys. As soon as the program opens for registration each school year, all slots are immediately filled.

Taipower has responded to government policies promoting marriage and childbirth by actively caring for the needs of the new generation of workers, encouraging them to dream of marriage, confidently bear children, and happily raise a family. In addition to establishing childcare centers throughout northern, central, and southern Taiwan, Taipower also hosts singles' social events and joint marriage ceremonies every year, and the Company provides multiple welfare benefits, including marriage and childbirth subsidies, flexible work hours, various categories of childcare leave, and scholarships and financial aid for children of employees. These concrete measures aim to provide optimal support for the moms and dads at Taipower and realize the Company's commitment to building a more perfect workplace and a friendly childrearing environment.
