In order to meet the diverse needs of customers and keep good relationships, Taipower establishes effective communication channels and mechanisms. Since November 2002, Taipower has provided commissioner service for customers of Extra High Voltage (69kV, 161kV, 345kV) and High Voltage(22.8kV).
