Rewards of Auto Payment Customers To Be Transferred into Accounts

If you use automatic bill payment, small amount of rewards will be transferred into the default accounts.
Since March 2016 electricity bill (the drawing is on the May 25, 2016), The small amount prize for the users using automatic bill payment will directly be transferred to the default account.

Processing basis

According to the “Regulations on the Application of Public Utilities to Remit Cloud Invoices and Winning Bonuses on behalf of User-Specified Accounts” issued by the Ministry of Finance on February 16, 2016, applied to the Ministry of Finance Branch Taipei Chiang Kai-shek and the IRS authorized to implement. Ministry of Finance announced that applicable prize include forth prize and exclusive 100 bonus for cloud invoices from September 2019 electricity bill (the November 25th, 2019 draw) on November 11, 2019.

Applicants

The electricity bill is charged by the deposit account of the financial (postal) institution (excluding credit card deduction of electricity, package and High Voltage users).

Initial implementation period

Electricity bill from March 2016 (the May 25, 2016 draw).

Applicable prize

The Uniform-Invoice forth prize ,fifth prize, sixth prize and exclusive 100, 1000 bonus for cloud invoices.

Operations

1.  Within 3 days after financial (postal) agency returns information of successful electricity payment deduction to our company.
   upload the electronic invoice deposit file containing the complete user debit account information to the Ministry of Finance's "Electronic Invoice Integration Service Platform" (referred as " E-invoice Platform").
2. E-invoice Platform will provide the Winning list on the 28th of the drawing month, and our company will send a winning notice after downloading.
3. Printing Plant, Ministry of Finance base on the Winning list of invoices, the bonus remittance information will be sent to the relevant financial (postal) institution to remit the original electricity charge debit account on the 6th of the next month of the drawing day,
   For example, the invoices for May and June of 2023, drawing on July 25, and the winning prize was remitted on August 6.
4. If the rewards remit fails due to reasons such as deposit account deletion, our company and the financial (postal) agency will notify the customer for assistance.
   Printing Plant, Ministry of Finance will remit the winning prize to the customer's designated account on the 20th of the next month or the day before the redemption date.
   For example, the May and June invoices of 2023 will be remitted again on September 20 or November 12.

Precautions

1. If you don’t want the small invoice rewards remit into the original electricity charge debit account directly,
   please go to our company's locations or call our company's 24-hour customer service line 1911,
   After filling in the "application for canceling/resuming the payment of the invoice bonus to the original deduction account", the payment of each period of bills, when the invoice wins the prize, the paper documents with the fields of "carrying number" and "award receipt", can be directly sent to the agency for claiming rewards.

   If there is no "Award receipt" field or if you need an electronic invoice certificate, please use the "Carriage Number" to the multimedia service machine (KIOSK) set up by the four Convenience stores, print the winning electronic invoice certificate, and hold the prize to the awarding agency.

2. For those who remit small amount of bonus to the original deduction account, they cannot print the certificate copy of the winning electronic invoice at the four convenience stores' multimedia machines (KIOSK) to avoid repeated award.
3. This service is limited to the “The Uniform-Invoice five, six and exclusive 1,000 bonus for cloud invoices.”, which will be remitted to the original electricity charge debit account. When other invoice awards are won, it is still necessary to use the method to receive the prize by the bonus agency. Therefore, after the successful deduction of the electricity bill, the "Payment Certificate" sent by our company should be kept properly so as not to affect the rights and interests.!
4.  The aforementioned "Carriage Number" will be registered to the common Carrier in each period and will be remitted by the E-invoice Platform.
   When the invoice is won, E-invoice Platform will notify the winner and directly remit the winning prize.
5. The Electricity invoice for the donated social welfare group does not apply to this service.
6. The deduction from Citibank Account applies to this service from the July 2016 electricity bill (the September 25th, 2016 draw).
7. The Uniform-Invoice forth prize and exclusive 100 bonus for cloud invoices applied to this service from the September 2019 electricity bill (the November 25th, 2019 draw).
