Taipower APP

Introduction

The general households, small shops, small factories could pay the bill through mobile Taipower APP. Customers could check bill information, pay the bills and get updates instantly, you can also make overdue payment (including wiring cost) before contract terminations.

Step-By-Step

1. Download Taipower APP and register to be a member
2. Click the right button and choose to pay
3. Select the electricity bill which you want to pay or click "+" to enter electric number and name
4. Choose from payment method and pay the electricity bill
5. Complete payment

If there is a common carrier for the mobile payment, the money will be automatically transferred in your account when the payment is completed. If there is no such setting, we will create a 30-digit dynamic carrier codes. After 5 days of payment, you can look up your code on the "Electronic Invoicing Platform".

In incidents of winning, you can take the carrier code to convenience stores to print the electronic invoice certificate and go to the prize institution to receive the award.

Remember that the "Carrier codes" cannot be reissued if it is lost. Please save it properly.
