In order to meet Government's offshore wind power generation capacity target and large potential for offshore wind power connection in Taoyuan and Changhua area. TPC have planned the project named Phase-1 Power Grid Construction for Offshore Wind Connection, which provides grid connection capacity as 7.64GW(Changhua 6.5GW, Taoyuan 1.14GW). Construction period of the project are 8 years (January 2018 to December 2025)
