1. Customers apply for TPC power supply shall understand and comply with ‘Rule Regulations for Electric Service’ and ‘Rate Schedule’. Then they have to fill out and sign an application form of power installation which is free charge from TPC and send it to service counter of local TPC branch.
 

2. If the power application comes with contracted capacity demand of power service exceeding 1,000KW or the total area of building exceeding 10,000 ㎡, customers shall submit the Power Demand Scheme (which indicates location, schedule and capacity of power, etc) and send it to TPC branch in advance. Until the Power Demand Scheme has been considered and approved, TPC will officially inform customers to handle following procedure of power application.
 

3. The application procedure for electric service is as attached.
 

4. Official documents or licenses for power supply

(1) According to law or regulation, customers (such as factory or some special occupation) shall submit the documents approved by the municipal or county (city) government.

(2) Regarding to the construction (building or premise), customers shall submit usage license approved by the municipal or county (city) government.

(3) If the power application with contracted capacity demand in low tension exceeding 50KW or connected in high tension, customers shall submit the license of professional Electric Technician (or Electric Technique Consulting Company) charged with maintenance of the power line and facility in their location.

(4) If the power application with contracted capacity demand exceeding 100KW, customers shall submit the figure of power line design which has to be considered or approved by TPC in advance.
 

5. Others

(1) The connection point between TPC power equipments and customers’ electric facilities is so called ‘Responsible Boundary‘. Beneath the boundary, so called customer side, customers shall commission the electrical contractor who is qualified by the municipal or county (city) government to install the power lines and facilities in their location.

(2) The qualified electrical contractor shall install customer’s power lines and facilities according to ‘The Governing Rules for User Premise Power Line Placement’ and ‘The Governing Rules for Outdoor Power Line Placement Lines’ authorized by Ministry of Economic Affairs.
