Not only can pay bill on line at anytime but also can apply paying from banking account in advance. 　　Financial Information Company for example last year had been approved by Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan to pay variety of bills at National Bill Paying Platform. No need to apply in advance and only with current account of financial institutes can log in to platform from any financial institutes, and banking union website. Public can pay bills for utilities, gas, violation of traffic regulations, vehicle fuel, and income tax by electronics chip debt card (Web ATM) or enter banking account number. In the near future, public can even pay credit card’s bill, tuition fee of hundred public and private elementary schools, middle schools and colleges by credit card.

Just insert debt card with electronics chip, public can pay bill at anytime as long as there is a card reader machine. If there is no card reader machine, public can just enter their ID, and banking account number to pay from their current banking account. For safety concern, banks will make sure that the paying item is under the same name of the owner’s account name and ID. Otherwise, it cannot be charged from banking account successfully.
　
　　Many financial institutes had promoted paying bill from banking account. Senior Vice General Manager, Sun Co Gee, Consumption and finance Dept of ABN AMRO Bank indicated that every bank take charge of different service items. Most of them can pay bill of utility fees and gas fees. But public has to apply in advance. There will be automatically transfering money from banking account in every bill cycle. However, all of the service that paying from banking account has to apply one month before and has enough balance in banking account
